Definition of Link Type names

I am looking for a definition of the link types.
Example is "Embedded in" or "Tracked By".
Some I can figure out by context, but I am looking for a formal definition.

I am sure there is a list somewhere, but I cannot find it.

BTW: using the out-of-the box Agile process model, RRC 3.0.1.

The OSLC V2 RM Specification contains definitions for "Tracked By", "Elaborated By", etc.

I did find those, and they are helpful.
However, these are only 'external' links, to RTC and RQM. I also need definitions of 'internal' links, such as 'trace to', 'embeds', etc.

I saw a diagram of possible links in an RRC presentation last month, but have had no luck finding the presentation to ask for a copy.
I think this had the entire ALM link map, as a graphic. This would be the best thing if I could get a copy of that diagram.

I know this is not describing the internal links but this provides more on the external links
