CRJAZ0738I Error fetching groups for user.ID

Hi

We have WebSphere/AD/Oracle. I can see users we created in AD group JazzUsers are automatically imported into Jazz over-night (I didn't do any manual import users or groups into RTC). Now when I click into a user, I see the error message below. I don't get this message for my current logged in user.

Problem fetching user roles: An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ0738I Error fetching groups for user.ID CRJAZ1527E

I encountered a similar error when viewing active users in the user Administration screen.  I checked the user was a member of the right LDAP groups, they did have the right LDAP groups.  So I then ran an LDAP sync this still did not show the groups.
When I logged in with the user for the first time it updated the groups shown in the RTC User admin screen.
