Printing diagrams to PDF or MS Word document does not work!

I am using RRC 3.0.1.
Creating PDF and Microsoft Word documents from graphical artifacts (e.g. a process flow or a UC diagram) does not work properly. Only the metadata gets populated in the document but not the diagram!
Does anyone have a clue how to fix this issue?

Has this issue been resolved? We would need more information about the setup if this is still an issue.

The issue is still there. A PMR has been logged: PMR 07557,848,848.

Actually it could have to do with the content of the diagrams?
Because I remember that I did a few successful reports, containing my Process Diagram... then it suddenly stopped working..
Simple Flow Diagrams are not supported on Print to PDF/Word on 3.0.1 GA version, this is a defect that is scheduled for the next fixpack 3.0.1.1
