Hi,

I wonder if there is a way to restrict access to a stream so that a user can only load but not making deliveries.

Around 5:45, it talks about role based permissions. This will be what you're looking for to lock down delivery to a stream.

Thank you for responding, but after changing the permissions of equipment and the project for the source control developer can deliver the stream :(

Did you assign a non-delivering role to the user? Is the stream owned by the process area that defines the permissions for the role?
