... I see there are about 4 Jazz roles defined, (for example JazzAdmins, JazzDWAdmins, JazzProjcetAdmins) but how does one know what role one needs to be able to perform a specific RTC/Jazz service action?

Or is there anyway I can find out what roles are needed to preform the various RTC/Jazz services or actions if one install a RTC out of the box?

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER
Those are repository groups, rather than roles (although there are still
places in the documentation that incorrectly refers to them as roles).
They control whether you can perform certain repository-wide operations.
For a summary of what operations require you to belong to what groups,
see the on-line help topic "Permissions and roles".
