How to install the RTC extension plugin in the linux server

Maheswari Karuppiah (826) | asked Oct 15 '15, 3:11 a.m.
The zip file extensions-site is extracted to the following directory:
\JazzTeamServer\server\conf\ccm\sites
After decompression there was site.xml and two additional subfolders underneath.
After the file is added restarted the Jazz Server -

Afterwards we need to active the plug-in within the process template But It seems that the plug-in was not installed correctly because we can not see it as a "Follow up action" when we go to "Work Item Save".

I would suggest to go through https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2015/09/30/learning-to-fly-getting-started-with-the-rtc-java-apis/ and carefully perform the related workshop.

You did not mention to have added the provision profile, which you need for the extension to be recognized for deployment (see Extensions Workshop Lab 5).

Added the provision profile to get the plugin in place. Thanks Ralph
