Import requirements from Excel to RM (Requirement Management)

I want to import a requirement with ID, Name, Description, Artifact Type, Created By, Last Modified By columns in Excel.

We are using 3.0.1 version of RTC

Can somebody please guide me how to do it? Thanks in advance

I looked into the help contents but not able to figure how to import requirements from Excel. Before we used to use the below utility to import requirements from Excel to RQM:

Is there any utility like this that can be used to import the requirements from Excel to RM ? Please let us know.
