IS it possible to add comment to a workitem through mail?

I mean i have received a notification where some user has added comment and i want to reply  it through mail , thus adding a new comment to workitem.

@megha this fuctionality is not currently available in RTC. Please open an RFE for the dev teams consideration if you are interested in this functionality.

Megha this functionality is provided in a Business Partner application JazzConnect-EMAIL from CM-Logic, please  take a look at the listing on the IBM Partnerword solution directory: JazzConnect-EMAIL

This application can create work items and update attributes on the work item through email also.
