Use repotools to manage Team Areas

Hi, I've been looking for some ways to manage users and team areas using repotools, but it seems like repotools only offers options for managing users.

What we need is to associate some users with some team areas ( not manually). Any of you knows how to do it using repotools? Is there is workaround?
