Start error after RRC2 to 3.01 complete

Hi

Currently I did successfully migrate the rrc2 to rrc301 but I failed after login it shown

I noticed that if the hostname is the same it will not show the error, but we need to migrate to production box with different name.

If anyone faced and already solved, pls share.

I was able to resolve my problem with the error while loading rm/web. This fix might not work for every instance of this problem, but it worked for me.

Essentially, I was using a reverse proxy setup and the request host headers that were coming into RM were not using the Public URL of my environment. I needed to tweak the settings on my reverse proxy (WebSEAL in my case) so that the virtual hostnames on the junction were using the URL of WebSEAL. Once I fixed this, my request host headers were matching my public url and suddenly rm worked as usual.

If you are using an IHS reverse proxy, ensure that you have the ProxyPreserveHost property set to "On" in your httpd.conf. This should fix it.

If you are not using a reverse proxy at all, I'm not sure what your problem is.
