Unable to see Burndown reports

I've already uploaded this in the "Using Team Concert" forum, but since the solutions seems to involved some work in the jazz team server I have no access to, I'm publishing my issue here as well.

I have a public project called "Shopping Cart" in RTC and I was trying to generate some reports. However, when I click the release burndown or the sprint burndown in the project dashboard view, I get a message saying that perhaps the data recolection jobs have not been executed yet.

What can I do?

Hi Joshua,

Thanks for posting this question. It turns out that the reporting data warehouse is not set up correctly on our end. I am chasing this issue right now, and will post again once it's fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The data warehouse has been fixed, so you should be able to see your reports now. Apologies for the oversight.
