Unable to see Basic Template on new RTC 3.0.1 installation

I just installed a clean RTC 3.0.1 environment.
I went to the Lifecycle Project Administration and "Deployed Predefined Templates".
I get a warning that I am about to override, then it runs and tells me it deployed successfully.
However, I am unable to see any predefined templates.

What am I doing wrong?
