How does RQM work like Testing tools.

I am not sure what you mean by RQM Client Install, but I guess you mean automation client.

RQM does not provide any automation capability but it does manage automation execution and scheduling by providing integration with other tools using specific adapters for each tool.
It also provides Command line adapter to execute any other command which can run in command window like perl script, shell script, executable etc...

Hi Pramod,

What I mean exactly is Earlier we have been using Rational Test Manager for creating the test plan and testing related activities.In some of the article which I have read it says RQM replaces Rational Test Manager.

TM has got a thick client installer,But now I understand that RQM has also got the similar capabilities of TM but the difference is this can be accessed via Web Interface.

RTM had limitation of installing client tool on each desktop.
This has been eradicated with support of Web client with RQM.
Yes RQM is a future and replacement for RTM and CQTM.
