Resetting password in RC4

Hi,
If someone has forgotten their password in RTC how do we go about resetting it? We are using the out of box tomcat authentication.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Administrator can login, open the user record from Eclipse UI (Right click
on the repository connection, Administer -> open users), click on reset
password.

A random password is generated and an email is sent to the user.
