RAM spreadsheet example to import into DB

Just wondering if someone has some spreadsheet example used to import metadata into RAM DB. Very simple (basic model) or also customized are welcome.

We do not recommend direct access to teh RAMDB; rather, use report url (below link)s, and use the insert data from web facility from your spreadsheet.
