Show Collaborative ALM links option in Work Items viewlet

Using RTC 3.0.1, I have a Work Items viewlet/widget and in the Settings there is a Show Collaborative ALM links option. When that is checked, what should be seen in the results? Any links on the work item? Only those links to work items in other projects and repositories?
