Project Area vs Team Area in Queries

I am working with RTC 3.0.1 using the Formal Project Management Process Template. I have a variety if team areas created for individual project work under 1 project area. I want to run a query on work items across all team areas and see milestone work items for example. For the conditions, I can see Team Area as an option to filter however on the Result Layout, I do not have that attribute to display. Is this a bug? Is there something I need to do to be able to display the Team Area as work item is associated to?
