Import requirements with parent/child relationship

Does anyone know if you can import or create requirements in a child/parent structure? For example:
1.0 Outputs
1.1 Report 1
1.2 Report 2

RQM 2.x does not provide this capability but RQM 3.0.1 includes Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) which does provide a way to organize requirements in a parent/child folder structure.

In RRC 4.0.1+, Module support was added. Modules seem better suited to what you are trying to do IMHO.
