Can I add new artifact called Test Section in RQM along with TestCase, Test Plan under construction tab?

 I want to insert additional artifact in RQM called Test Section along with Test Case, Test Plan category under construction tab.

I didn't find any option to add such things.
Is it possible to add another artifact like that which is not in the template?

We can hide the existing menus but there is no option to add a new one as I understand.

 Can't it be done by customizing template or by any other way?

Unlike RTC, RQM does not provide much flexibility for customization.
