very slow downloads from RTC

Hi,
I am trying to download the zip for respositories (about 1.4gb).
Our normal dowmload speed is about 400kb. The download from jazz.net is about 5kb.
Clearcase used to be slow but is much faster nowadays but this is even slower. Is it something wrong at the IBM end?
and the it falls out after 500k.
This is with IE8 and Firefox.
Regards,
John

Note that RTC is not involved in the process of downloading zip files
from the jazz.net web site (and of course, neither is ClearCase) ... it
is just a question of how the jazz.net web server is configured.

Cheers,
Geoff

Hi John

Not aware of any problems - seems pretty quick this morning (UK time). Have you tried a download manager?

This really does help.
