Out of Box Reporting using RRDG

What are the RRC 3 out of box functions I can use for Reporting? Is there a way I can customize my reports using RRDG? For example I would like to modify the TemplateTraceability Report, where to edit this? I understand RPE1.1.2 we can create our own Templates and import into RRC.

My goal is to modify and customize out of the box RRDG Templates and would like to see measure work required to perform this activity.

Use Rational Publishing Engine to modify the existing RRC V3 report templates, then place them back on the RRC server. When you generate documents against the templates from within RRC V3 (which uses RRDG) they do not consume a RPE license (this is a change from RRC V2).
