Lifecycle not showing

Luiz Machado (1643) | asked Jun 15 '11, 7:46 p.m.
Hello,

I'm facing a problem when trying to configure lifecyles in RAM 7.5.0.2. The diagram is not showing when a lifecycle name is selected, a ">" symbol is being showed instead.

The following image shows the issue

Have you ever seem that ?

Thank you in advance!

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hi - There are several things to check

1) Visit http://java.sun.com/applets/jdk/1.4/demo/applets/Clock/example1.html and make sure you see the clock. This will confirm that java is installed on your system. If you do not see the clock, you need to install java.

2) Visit the RAM submit page and select 'more options'. This should start an applet that allows you to upload files. If this is not starting, it may also indicate a problem with your java installation. This page should also display a message if you have a version of java that is too old. You need at least version 1.5.0.6.

3) When java starts up you should see a small coffee cup in the icon tray. Right click on this and select 'Open Console'. If you see any error messages in the console post them here as they may explain the issue.
