I have found statements like this on the net: RAM indexes a variety of artifacts so you that can search for them based on their contents. Some examples of the supported artifact types are XML, Microsoft PPT, Visio, Excel, Adobe PDF and many more. Where can I find a definitive list of the supported types?

RAM 7.2 is using Stellent technology to parse artifacts ... see http://www.teconsult.at/download/SellentOutsideIn.pdf for format support.

Note that RAM may not use this technology in the future... so the list could be changing in the future.
