 Guys,

I would like to create Jazz source control plugin for Hygieia(open source dashboard for DevOps cycle).
Could anybody help me understanding how to get started?
Is integration only possible with IBM RTC partner's software?
How to get started with Jazz REST api for source control? I have seen most of the example for work item/ rtc changeset etc..
