Linking to a specific work item comment

Is there a way we can link to a specific comment of a work item?

For e.g., something like these in the URL:

https://rtc.mysite.com/jazz/web/projects/myProject#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=5324&comment=17

https://rtc.mysite.com/jazz/web/projects/myProject#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=5324#17

Basically, something to get directly to a comment instead of giving the general URL out to users and asking them to look at something.
