No changesets.....Why is everything unresolved

If I make any changes to my code all the changes are listed under
unresolved in the pending changes view. I have tried deleting and
recreating my repository workspace with no luck. How do I debug this?

Thanks!

As of RC1, auto check-in is no longer enabled. The behavior your are seeing is expected. We help you by tracking all the local changes you make and show them in the Pending Changes view under the unresolved node. You can check them in at your convenience or undo them, or turn auto check-in back on using in the Jazz Source Control > Check-in Policy preference page.

What was the rationale for turning auto check-in off? We find it to be quite handy so having to tell all our users that they have to turn it back on is not going to be fun.
