We use RTC 3.0.1 and suddenly merging files a message appeared, that CSharp files cannot resolved automatically. I have to select a content merger... but CSharp is not available.

1) What to choose/install for CSharp ?
2) Where/How to setup ?

We had issues with merging C# files as well. I would recommend using an external merge/compare tool instead of RTC's. The couple developers I have using this are a lot happier.
