Problem loading Dashboard related to indexTime resource

I am receiving the following error code when loading Dashboards or loading the mini Dashboard.
Error
An error occured while retrieving the dashboard:

Internal Server Error Unexpected response code 403 while updating indexTime resource


This error message looks similar to the one reported here:
http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=50807


Has anyone experienced the same error message and resolved this issue ? Thanks

Do you have more info from the jazz.log file ?

I believe the root cause is the com.ibm.team.dashboard oauth consumer key was deleted. See http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=50807 on how recover the key.

In 3.0.1 the Admin UI will prevent users from deleting this type of key.
