User Details Update in RQM - External Server (LDAP Registry)

Using the LDAP Registry, when a user name changes in the registry how is this account update reflected in RQM. Currently we have user with a new last name in the LDAP Registry, but RQM does not pick up this update. I am not able to update the user details as it uses an external server. Thanks.

If this is still reproducible, please upgrade RQM (https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and retry this scenario. If the symptom is still reproducible, please open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
