CSV import of related links, parent, children ...
I'm running RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix 6 and I cannot figure out how to import a work item with related links and parent (by storing the content in the CSV file).
Is there a way to import from a CSV file that can build a work item structure and set related link content?
Also, is there a way to export the related links and parent/child ID to CSV or HTML? I don't see it in the column list.

CSV Importer is NOT meant to be used to migrate data, the use case is to
quickly create 10 work items or update existing work items.

Attachments can only be imported from bugzilla.

P.S: We are migrating data from a legacy system to RTC and many
workitems in legacy system have attachments with them.
Benjamin: If they created a zip file in the bugzilla format, could they
then use the bugzilla importer to import the work items with
attachments? Or alternatively, if they exported their work items into
bugzilla (with attachments), I assume they could then use the bugzilla
importer directly (but just creating the zip file would seem like the
more direct approach).
Note that work item 100993 asks for support for importing attachments.

Yes thats a valid use case, in fact I think thats how RTC is capable of
importing from ClearQuest

Thanks a lot for sharing your views and info :) .
We also considerd to use Bugzilla importer. However, we already have a tried and tested utility in place to generate CSV files from our legacy system and development of a utility to generate zips would have been an large aaditonal effort (and people hate spending their money  ).
Now we have designed a Java plug in to uppload attachment and are using CSV files for data import. We also get detailed logs for attachmet upload and are still looking for a way to generate/find detailed logs for CSV.
