Unable to rebind a User Group to a blue group in CDT Server

When I enter a valid blue group to be rebound in iRAM, the CDT server returns a blank screen. When I enter *iRAM* the search returns a blank screen.

It happens only in CDT Server. What is the reason behind this?

This is the Class name used in Configuration page:
com.ibm.ram.repository.custom.LDAPUserInformation

Hi,

How blank is blank?

Does this mean, it just returns with no results but the screen looks like it did before?

Or does it mean the entire page in the browser is blank, no standard iRAM headers or sidebars or trailers?

Thanks,
Rich

Yes you are correct. It means It just returns with no results but the screen looks like it did before.

Reproduce Steps:
1. Open Existing User Group in Community Screen
2. Click (Create) link - for bind the Blue group
3. Bind Bluegroup Dialong box has open
4. Enter Valid Bluegroup name
5. Hit the Search Button
6. It will not fetch the bluegroup name. (Hence, We will not achieve our task. This is happening only in this Server. What is the reason behind this)

Hi Rich,

Thanks for your Prompt response.

As per your comments. iraadmin has already opened a defect on this.
But, We are trying to open 48597 workitem, it is complaining that iraadmin do not have read access to it.

Kindly cross check once your end which you gave the defect id is correct or not?
Because if that workitem is created by us then we should have access to it.

Ramesh

I don't know where you opened that at, but I don't have access either.
Are you sure that is the correct work item number?

Workitem 48922 is the work item for LDAP failing with malformed UTF-8.
