overview of all users logon RQM before stop the server

Elena Ljuseva (18277) | asked Mar 31 '11, 8:34 a.m.
Hi,

I have to stop RQM server to perform repotools -export but I do not know who is working with the system.
As admin I want to see how many users are logon RQM and working with the system before stopping the server so they are not going to lose the unsaved work.
How do I get a list of all currently users logon RQM?

Thank you.

Best regards,
Elena

There are several server/service status metrics but logged in users is not included:

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. I think that if i use User Management-> Acquired Floating Licenses help me to see all currently users log on RQM.

Best regards,
Elena

We are using mostly authorized user licenses here. Every time I need to shut-down the server to run repo tools or to run upgrades, I am rolling the dice that everyone got off the system in time. - Paul
