Change format of RFT detailed test log returned to RQM

The detailed test log returned to RQM by RFT is in XML format, which does not always display properly due to dojo errors. Is there for way for RQM to flag RFT to create the log in HTML format. Changing the format in RFT only affects local RFT logs.

Found the problem that was causing the dojo errors - bug in RFT. If an RFT log contains the characters \xml e.g. as part of a windows file name then it causes the error
