How do you convert 3.0 trial licenses to permanent licenses
After upgrading from RTC 2 to 3, all the users were reassigned 60-day trial licenses. We just got our permanent licenses and successfully uploaded them to RTC 3.0. Other than opening each users' entry and changing the license, is there an easy way to convert all the trial licenses to permanent ones ?
