RTC Extension to get Type Artifact from RRC Link

Hi All 

we already done create RTC Extension to validate Attachment 

but the customer want to improve 
So we have a question about capability RTC Extension 

can we create RTC extension to get the Type Artifact in RRC (Rational Requirement Composer) ?
the idea of this extension would make a validate if status update to "Business Requirement status" need link to RRC with Type of Artifact "Business Requirement Type" 

So the customer should use RRC to develop and track document..

can RTC extension check this one ?
