Problems Deleting Process Templates
We did a lot of experimenting and now have a lot of process templates hanging out there that I need to delete. However, when I try to delete them it won't let me, saying:
Deleting process definitions encountered problems Clicking on "Details" I get: Exceptions encountered deleting process templates. Process template referenced by existing project area '' Ok, so how do I break this association so I can delete the templates? To my knowledge the projects are not actively reading from the template - it's only used at creation time. If it is actuvely reading from the template, how can I associate the projects with the one version of the template I am keeping? The templates don't differ much, so I don't think switching templates will be an issue. |

Is there an existing Defect/Enhancement request for this? I'd like to upvote it. |
Hello,
I think this is the item which you should upvote: [JAF] [Process] Allow administrators to archive process templates in the UI (45851) Ruby Martha (Ruby) Andrews Jazz Foundation L3 Development Team Lead |
