audit trail for changes to project and team membership
How can I find when changes were made to a project area or team's membership, and who made the changes? It doesn't seem to be available through the eclipse or web clients. If it can be obtained through the API or with SQL, that would be ok.

I've asked for this before, was told no. Unfortunately, it is something our auditors want to see.
