Rachel Wei (76192) | asked Feb 18 '10, 12:01 p.m.
Hi,

We are using RTC 2.0.0.2, and enabled email notification function, now the Web UI in the emails sent by RTC is https://127.0.0.1:9443, how can we configure RTC to reflect it as RTC server host name?

This is tied to the Public URL in the Advanced section of the Server
Admin page.

Simply by configuring the "Public URI" property from the Admin Web UI.
This is used in Mails.

Thanks for your reply.

Should I put port 9443 there when configure the Web UI?
Public URI Root: https://hostaname:9443 or https://hostaname

HTTPS:// defaults to 443 so yes, I think you should put :9443 as it is
not the HTTPS default port.

Hope it helps,
