Unable to Move a Report from "My Reports" To Share
My goal is to move reports I created which are currently under My Reports to a shared view.
Via the Eclipse client, I have tried to: 1) Create a new folder. I don't get any error msgs yet I don't see the new folder. 2) Move the report to via right-clicking on the report and selecting "Move To". Again, I don't get an error yet the report doesn't move in the Eclipse client. If I look at the report in the web UI, it has disappeared from My Reports and it does not appear anywhere I've specified in the "Move To". Thoughts? |

I am using RTC 3.0. Wondering if it could be a permissions issue? Yes, looks like a permission issue. You'll need to add the team permissions "Reports -> Manage Report Folder" and "Reports -> Deploy Report" to whichever role looks appropriate for you. You can do this in the project area editor, in the process configuration tab. Expand Team Configuration > Permissions and select the role to modify. |
