RTC 3.0 - Creating Process Templates on Web Client

As far as I can tell, you can only create and set up Process Templates on the Eclipse client. There doesn't appear to be a way to do the same on the Web client.

Is this correct? If not, could you please point me to instructions on how to do this on the Web client.

The only attribute of a process template you can edit with the web client is the name.

RTC3.0 only support editing the name, id and summary of process template
on web client.
