A spreadsheet which contains formal review criteria would help to make the review process more transparent to the asset owners

Example criteria:
Asset quality like structure and content
Formal criteria like asset description, tags and selected categories
Value for reuse

In legacy review processes, attachments could be added to a review
With the new lifecycle concept only comments can be provided
