Unfortunately, you would have to create a custom report:

Rational Common Reporting is not part of RQM. I am using jazz01.rchland.ibm.com:11443. They told me that I will be getting Rational Inside Reporting. This is a beta now and I don't know where to get it or the instructions to make it work with RQM and RTC.
