There may not be a functional user configured for the oauth consumer, or the functional user that is configured does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested operation. The user do have the permission and the client access license is still active, but I think something else you should know, the Jazz Team Server which this problem is reside in is not a original Jazz Team Server, I retored the DB backup to this server from another Jazz Team Server, the whole things I did is just for moving the project area from one jazz server to another server, but it is kind of complicated, you can see https://jazz.net/forum/questions/89159/some-problems-after-restoring-database-backup-to-another-jazz-server, most of problems I mentioned in that question were resolved, this problem came out after those problem and may be is the last one, hope you can help me, thanks in advance
