Creating Customized Reports and Dashboards in RTC 3.0

Is there a way to create customized reports using RTC3.0? I don't see that feature there presently. There are only templates available that one can choose from. Please advise if there's a way to create a customized report using RTC3.0. Thanks.

Hi

Yes, you can create customized reports using BIRT.

The Help on RTC will give you info on this - and check the Library for general info on reporting
