JDK version for Jazz interface with RTC 3.0

0	Edward Alvarez (1●1●1) \| asked Feb 15 '11, 11:21 a.m. Currently trying implement RTC 3.0 fetch access with jazztoolkit which requires jkd 1.6. How do we determine which JDK architecture to reference- 32, 31 or 64 bit ?
