How to add an additional column to the Mail Configuration

Hi:

I'm using RTC2.0.0.2iFix4.

I've added a new contributor list field called "Participants" to all of my work items types.

Now, I want to add an additional column to the Mail Configuration definition to enable participants to get email (just like subscribers do).

Can you help me determine how to add that column? Currently there are columns for Creator, Owner, Modifier, Subscriber.
