Is there any plugin/option available in RTC to import MKS structure?

If you want to preserve the history, the following can be prescribed.

i) Migrate from MKS to SVN using free Subversion migration tool from Polarion.

ii) Use the built-in SVN importer and migrate from SVN to RTC Source Control
