Approvals Queries - Help Needed

We have a large team that is trying to coordinate reviews of over 200
epics. We use Approvals for one or two architects to approve each epic,
and reviews for other stakeholders.

I need a way to query the approval and review status. For example:

1. I want to list epics that do not have any Review created, even if
they do have an Approval. I can specify Approval Descriptors > Type "is
not" Review. But if an epic has both an Approval and a Review, the query
includes that epic. It seems to apply the condition to EACH approval (in
the generic sense), including the epic if it has any approval that is
not a Review.

1b. As an extension of #1, I need to list epics that either do not have
a review DATE, or else do not have a review at all.

2. I want to list epics that are approved by the Approver, and not
rejected in the Review. I don't care if the Review is pending, as long
as it is not rejected. That is how we consider our stories approved;
some reviewers can be optional and remain in pending.

3. I want to list the epics that are unapproved, along with the names of
the approvers of each epic. I can't find a way to output the approver
data, even exporting to a spreadsheet.

I have looked in jazz.net, and not found any help with these problems.

I've seen other questions about approvals queries, with the response
that the underlying query model doesn't support the needed query. What
are the plans for improving the query model? The use of approvals is
handicapped by the inability to find the needed data in RTC, and to
display the results in query result views.
