How can I query the stream change dates?

When I use eclipse to view the history, I see the create date of the change-set. I'd like to know when that change-set hit the stream.

You can see when the change set was added by hovering the mouse cursor over the change set icon in the first column of the history view. This will open a pop-up that indicates when the change set was added to the stream and who added it.
