How to disable resource leveling feature?

I found that RT concert automatically adjusts end dates for tasks based on how much a given resource is allocated. Is their a way to disable a feature? Sometimes, a task is assigned to a Team lead who has additional resources to complete the task . So he/she is not actually overloaded... In such scenario, it is important that Tool should not automatically extend the allocated time..

The plan has to reflect the information that you have entered into the
system. If the Team lead has additional resource to complete the task,
those resources need to be entered, or else the schedule of course will
be inaccurate.

But maybe I'm not clear on what you are asking. If there is a single
task that you want on your plan, but which will be done by someone else
on the plan, just enter the description of the work that will be done by
people currently on the team. For the remainder of the work for such a
task, some options include:
- describe the additional work in the description of the work item
- actually create a work item for the additional work, but assign it to
backlog

Geoff
